- Fan-wear, team stores, accessories.
- Design and customisation tools allowing you to upload logos, player names and numbers, choose colours, etc.
- Bulk/wholesale orders for teams, clubs, schools.
3. Eligibility & User Obligations
- You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age to form contracts in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and these Terms when using the Site, placing orders, or otherwise interacting with our services.
- You are solely responsible for all equipment, software and access used to view or use the Site and you are responsible for any use of your account, credentials, or activities under your account.
4. Orders, Payment & Production
- All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if items are out of stock, pricing errors occur, or for any other reason).
- Prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) (unless otherwise stated) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as indicated; shipping and customisation fees may apply separately.
- Production will begin only after receipt of full payment or agreed deposit (such as 50% up-front, balance before shipping) as communicated in your order confirmation.
- Customisation (player names, numbers, logos, colours) must be clearly submitted and approved via our mock-up process. You warrant that any logos/designs you submit do not infringe the rights of any third party.
5. Intellectual Property
- The Site, all content, design, graphics, logos, product images, software are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use any designs, logos, names or artwork you upload or submit for the purposes of manufacturing your order, marketing our services (with your consent) and related operations.
- You agree you have full rights to any artwork/designs you submit; if you do not, you indemnify us against any claims by third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from or in connection with the Site, products, or services is limited to the purchase price paid by you.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (such as loss of profit, business interruption, goodwill or revenue) arising out of your use of the Site, ordering of products or otherwise.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury, death, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. Shipping, Risk & Title
- Title and risk in the products pass to you when the products are delivered to the carrier for shipment.

- For international orders, duties, taxes, customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- Upon termination or expiry, accrued rights and liabilities (such as payment obligations) will survive.

- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
