What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most of our items have no minimum—order a single jersey or a full team set. Bulk orders (10+) qualify for volume discounts.
How long does custom production take?
Standard production time is 3–4 weeks after mockup approval. Rush orders may be available at extra cost.
Can I request a sample before full production?
Yes—samples can be produced and shipped at sample cost. Ask our team for a quote.
What size options are available?
We carry sizes from XS to 4XL for most sports uniforms. Check each product page for specifics.
Can I customise names and numbers?
Absolutely. You can upload logos, add player names and numbers, and adjust colours in our designer. Any mistakes in submitted artwork are the customer’s responsibility unless we provide the artwork ourselves.
What if I need to update my logo after order?
Contact us immediately. If no production has started, we can update the artwork. Once production begins, change requests may incur extra fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—we ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by region, and duties/imports may apply for international customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer for bulk orders, and UPI for domestic India orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use the carrier’s website to view status.
