Domestic Shipping (India):
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: 2–4 business days (additional cost).
- Production lead time is separate and begins once mockup is approved.
International Shipping:
- Estimated delivery 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
- Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer unless stated.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and carrier link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to appear.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping:
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and service level.
- Free standard shipping applies to orders over ₹ XX,000 (or equivalent) within country (adjust your threshold).
- Rush shipping and oversized orders may incur additional fees.
Packaging & Handling:
- Orders ship in protective, branded packaging to maintain product quality.
- Bulk orders may arrive in multiple cartons; keep all tracking and box numbers until you confirm full receipt.
Issues During Shipping:
- If your shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours.
- If tracking shows delayed status beyond the estimated window, contact our support so we can assist in locating your shipment.
