Returns Policy

Introduction:

At Sports Apparel Teams, we stand behind the quality of our custom uniforms and merchandise. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please review our returns & exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Customised items (names/numbers/logos) are eligible only for manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
  • Colour variations, size variances or minor aesthetic differences are not considered defects.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Returns Team at returns@[yourdomain].com or call +91 8000 000 000 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide a shipping label (for defective items).
  3. Pack your items securely, affix the RA number on the outside of the box and ship to the address provided.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchanges (for size or color) will be processed and shipped at no additional cost unless rush shipping is requested.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping for defects is covered by us.
  • Return shipping for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, changed mind, etc.) is the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customised items without defects (e.g., with player names/numbers/logos)
  • Items obviously worn, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags/packaging.
